ample parking forest views friendly staff helpful reception
The breakfast was superb. It offered Bosnian and international choices. The parking space was ample and I could walk quickly to Vrelo Bosne park. The room was spacious with lovely forest views. Staff were very friendly and helpful particularly at reception.
Pillows lacked substance and were not comfortable.

The hotel features a heated indoor pool that is quite large. An outdoor pool also looked big though I did not use it. The gym has modern equipment and is well-kept.

mixed feelings about this hotel
uncomfortable bed loud music
the breakfast had many choices (especially the pastries!).
the pools were overcrowded with unattended teenagers jumping around. my room's bed was uncomfortable because it lacked a proper mattress. loud, unpleasant music from a wedding went late into the night.

outdated rooms poor maintenance
The breakfast had a great selection. The lobby bar offered excellent coffee and food options.
The rooms felt outdated, they were also not well maintained. The towels needed replacement since most were worn out. I think the hotel was built some years ago, yet there was very little to no maintenance done since.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I found the breakfast offered a great variety (especially the fresh pastries!).
I noticed that some areas was somewhat dated, particularly in the hallways, which could benefit from a refresh to match the high standards of the rest of the hotel.

the room included a beautiful double or twin room balcony. i found two separate sinks in the bathroom. breakfast offered many choices and was very diverse.
the gym didn't have much equipment.

My room was spacious and comfortable. i enjoyed the pool facilities and found them superb. breakfast had a lot of different choices. It was great.
