The breakfast had a great selection. The lobby bar offered excellent coffee and food options.
The rooms felt outdated, they were also not well maintained. The towels needed replacement since most were worn out. I think the hotel was built some years ago, yet there was very little to no maintenance done since.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I found the breakfast offered a great variety (especially the fresh pastries!).
I noticed that some areas looked somewhat dated, particularly in the hallways, which could benefit from a refresh to match the high standards of the rest of the hotel.

the room included a beautiful double or twin room balcony. i found two separate sinks in the bathroom. breakfast offered many choices and was very diverse.

the spa was disappointing. the security person was rude to me. i also got a massage, but the masseuse seemed to have no training, it was awful. the overall experience there was really bad!
